As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of often-contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes will work for you.  I will provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.

Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

Single Consultation – 1 hour

Do you have a specific nutrition concern you want to chat about? Need ideas for adding more fruits & veggies into your life? Curious about a plant-based diet? Struggling with digestive issues and don’t know where to turn? Been given a diet by your doctor and don’t know how to implement it day-to-day?
If these questions are on your mind or you have a few others you need answered this one-hour session is for you. We’ll laser focus in on your main issue, come up with a few recommendations and send you on your way.

Sustainable Wellness Private Coaching Program

  • Two, one hour sessions per month, either in person or via telephone/Skype
  • E-mail support between sessions
  • Coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
  • Informative handouts, healthy recipes that are easy to prepare, and other materials that will increase your nutritional knowledge
  • My monthly newsletter with the latest health tips and recipes
  • Access to a lending library of health and wellness books
  • Healthy shopping tour at local grocery store (for clients within 50 miles)
  • My personal commitment to your health and success

Group Coaching Programs (minimum of 4 group members)

Learn how to

* Learn about new foods(and old foods made healthier!) and how you can easily incorporate them

The Nitty Gritty:
* Two group sessions per month
* E-mail support between sessions
* Private one-on-one session
* Helpful handouts and recipes that are healthy and simple to prepare
* Quick and easy cooking techniques for preparing healthy meals
* Coaching and support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want
* Access to a Private forum page for communication and support in the group

Minimum of 4 participants required.

Group or Private Cleanse Programs
I am a big believer in the power of cleansing. I offer various cleanse programs throughout the year to help you reset your taste buds, reduce your toxic load and release anything that is keeping you stuck – emotionally and physically. Enrolling in one of my cleanse programs is a is a great way to get to know me and my approach and is a great kick-start to any health and wellness journey.
